Elevate Your Fitness: My Must-Have Workout Supplements With Exclusive Savings!

I try to maintain an active lifestyle by incorporating fitness into my daily schedule and I often use supplements to get me through. A typical day for me would look like:

6:15am – wake up, restroom, drink a glass of water (or Hydra-charge), get the dogs ready for their walk

6:30-7:05am – morning walk with the dogs

7:10-7:30am – get ready for work

7:30am-8:00 – drive to work

8am-5:00pm – work (while taking a walk around my building whenever I can to get some steps in and getting up each time my watch reminds me to “stand”)

After 5:00pm – head to the gym (with my pre and in workout supplements). I try to do cardio 2x a week and weight lifting 3x a week.

I am a morning person, but getting out of bed and being ready to go every day isn’t always the easiest. Going to the gym right after work isn’t either. That’s why I incorporate supplements into my daily regimen to ensure I am staying focused, energized, and hydrated!

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just getting started on your fitness adventure, the right workout supplements can make a world of difference.

I’ve chosen to switch most of the products I was using to KAGED products because of their commitment to clean ingredients, 3rd party testing, and continued transparency on their labels (which isn’t a norm in health supplements).

In this post, I’m excited to share my current favorite KAGED workout supplements and even offer you savings options by using my referral link (linked throughout the post) if you want to try them out for yourself. These are in no particular order:

Hydra-Charge

  • Hydra-Charge is a daily electrolyte drink mix that provides hydration, endurance, and incredible flavor for athletes of all levels.
  • Currently comes in 8 unique flavors and mixes really well with water so there’s no weird textures.
  • I used to be a huge consumer of Liquid IV after workouts, a day at the beach, or a weekend out drinking with friends, but I’ve completely stopped drinking Liquid IV and have switched to Hydra-Charge. It tastes way better, it seems lighter to drink, and overall I’ve had better effects with hydration and muscle soreness recovery.
  • $29.99 for 60 servings

Pre-workout Supplement

  • Pre-KAGED is offered in three varieties: Pre-Kaged, Pre-Kaged (stim free), and Pre-Kaged Sport.
  • Depending on which Pre-supplement you choose, there are between 2-7 flavor options.
  • I started with the Pre-Kaged sport, as it was an affordable pre-workout option that seemed to work well for me. Overtime, I upgraded to the more expensive Pre-Kaged option and am still really enjoying the results.
  • This pre-workout does not set my skin on fire or make me incredibly itchy, which are two reasons I dropped a lot of other pre-workout brands when finding one that worked for me.
  • The pre-workout is non-gmo, no artificial flavors, and third party tested, which is not a requirement for all workout supplements.
  • Products range from $25-$45 per 30 servings

Inter-Workout Supplement

  • IN-KAGED is actually my favorite of all the supplements. Once the pre-workout ‘hype’ wears off, and you start to get tired during your workouts, In-Kaged brings you back. I typically take it on my longer workout days when I’m doing cardio for an hour, doing a few lifts, and then finishing off with stretching.
  • It has BCAA’s for muscle recovery, organic caffeine for continued focus and energy, and of course electrolytes to keep you hydrated through the end of that longer workout.
  • Only offered in 2 flavors currently, but the blue raspberry flavors is the best blue raspberry flavor I’ve ever tried. I love it!
  • $30.00 for 20 servings

Post-Workout Supplement

  • Re-KAGED is a great, well rounded, post workout recovery drink.
  • Contains: whey isolate, creatine HCl, Glutamine, and the re-kaged beta powder.
  • Offered in 3 flavors currently that are all more dessert flavors such as Orange Kreme, Iced Lemon Cake, and the Strawberry Lemonade (which is what I’ve had) and it tastes more like a sweet strawberry milkshake.
  • $45.00 for 20 servings
